barite crushing process: Big barite materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. Jaw crusher is used in primary crushing station. It can crush barite into smaller sizes. Thus, these small barite can be fed into mill such as ball mill for grinding.

After first crushing, the material will transferred to cone crusher or grinding mill by belt conveyor for secondary crush; the crushed barite materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the particles that can meet requirements will be discharged as final products, while the particles under requirement will be returned to cone crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to your specific requirement.
